An Unfortunate welcome to the sixteenth edition of the Regnum Journal.

Due to problems in the fifteenth edition of the journal many of the URLs were still pointing to the fourteenth edition.

Since this problem was only actually fixed on the Thursday just gone I've decided to basically re-publish the old edition with all the fixes complete since I don't know the extent of the previous problem.

A new competition has been launched as normal however; and hopefully everything will resume as normal in the next edition of the journal. In the mean time to counteract this duplicate edition the Art Competition has been extended by two weeks, and the Sunday Puzzle will instead have six winners to display in edition seventeen.
