Welcome to the Twenty Third Edition of the Regnum Journal.

Not much to report this time around. Two pages haven't yet been uploaded as they're been delayed until October 30th,
in time for Halloween ("All Hallows Eve") but that's about all really.

As a place-holder until this time another page of the Quotation Meanings has been brought online to give another view at a couple more of the Office Messages.

This edition sees a strange twist to the Sunday Puzzle in the mean time however - Be sure to check it out and see if you can work out the answer.

In other news however the new files for the Molehill Empire newspaper are slowly been brought online and we've been assigned a sub-domain. Once the team has finalised on a name and we've started designing the pages I'll make an announcement both on here, and Molehill Empire to announce the changes (and start-up) to Monthly Editions.
