Welcome to the Twenty-Nineth Edition of the Regnum Journal.

Well, we're back to standard layout this time around, only with a couple of changes.

A number of the permanent pages have been moved to a permanent directory on the Regnum Journal, all future editions will link directly to them as well so any changes are made practically automatically.

As before this edition is virtually solely about the upcoming Contest. My time is still spread far too thin to do anything on a serious note;
In fact we're starting up recruitment for a new editor over at Molehill Empire to assist in getting that newspaper up and running in the first place. At this rate chances are I'll also be holding another recruitment phrase here, to help pick up the slack, so to speak.

So rather then ask you all to go over to another page entirely just for the contest details when there's nothing else to do at this time, I'll just post the details here:-
