The Bay of Pearls, part 1
Many villages across the country were awoken early this morning by a
messenger from the King. Someone was asking for action in the darker parts of this time of year.
Action? Why? How?
Rumours spread across the villages a mighty lord, Lord Shadow from Hollandia was coming to the Kingdom, to search for the Bay of Pearls.
In an old, very old, book he found a treasure map which should locate a pearl, that was difficult to find, and so big, you can't even get your hand around it. The reason for this decent treasure hunt would be the size of the pearl, and also the special powers. According to the old booklet, this pearl should give him the eternal live.
The lord will arrive on 4 April, however the lord needs servants with swords, in order to fulfill his destiny, to find the pearl of the eternal life.
On request of the King, all you noble servants, are requested to produce the best, and most powerfull swords, to help Lord Shadow in his mission, against the dangers that are waiting in the bay of Pearls. The best sword producer will be rewarded with a big gold medal, but also the less fortunate will receive a price for their goods.
Lord Shadow is arriving really fast, so urgent delivery is
a must. A price of 2.5¢τ is offered on any suitable Quality 2 Swords
delivered to the city Contest by cart.
This contest begins on Sunday, 21th of March 2010,
And ends on Sunday, 4th April 2010 at 23:59.
To enter this contest and to have a chance at winning one of
the prizes listed to the top right of this page simply send many
Quality 2 swords as you can to the city
Contest priced at 2.5 ¢τ.
Even with the unusual product new players are
still encouraged to sell either the iron and or silver
- ingredients used to make swords.

How does the Competition Work?
The Selected product may or may not be produced in a high
quantity and often the product is selected to give a more fair chance to every
player whether a beginner or long-term member.
The selected quality and retail price of the product to send is included in
every announcement, however sometimes the product itself may be hidden with only
a clue in the competition story.
Generally competitions are not suitable for the newer players or smaller cities
due to the amount needed to have a fair chance in the standings. However they
can sell the required product or something needed to produce them to those who
are willing to pay enough to earn one of the above prizes since high yields are
usually the target for these competitions.
On the last day of the competition at 23:59 the competition office
is then
closed until the next contest date is made available.
