A strange summer
Dear noble Lords and Ladies,
this is an odd summer indeed - one day it is boiling hot, then it's bucketing down, and you are drenched to the bone as soon as you dare leave your hut. Well, it is time to get prepared! So what we need now is casks, lots and lots of them. What for, you may ask?
Well, these casks shall be used to store the rain-water, which will serve nicely to water the fields once we hit a dry spell again, as well as to quench the thirst of all the busy field-workers, toiling under the summer-sun. Isn't that a brilliant idea? Well, so do we. So don't leave us standing in the rain... or the sun.
Snd us as many casks as you can spare!
And of course we have another special task for all the valiant guilds out there.
For while water might quench the thirst, the busy workers might find the water itself quite boring soon. So we also need herbs to spice up the water, thus boosting the workers' spirits! And of course we require good herbs, so make sure to get us high-quality products!
The most generous donations will of course, as always, be rewarded! Please turn to page two to see the prizes!
