Recent storms along the coast have devastated boats, piers and equipment alike.
Much of which can be easily replaced, and in case of the boats and pier repairs
and replacements have already been ordered and are currently underway in some
areas.
There is a district shortage of nets however and the Weavers Guild has
stepped up advertise to find replacements. Only the most basic quality zero nets
are required at present to get the fishing boats launched out to sea again to
bring back food.
Fish is a popular fish among the rich and poor alike and is rather cheap to
purchase from merchants depending on the age, and breed of the fish itself. The
supplies are running low already, and
people will soon start rioting if they cannot eat fish on Fridays
to prove their faith to the catholic church.
Due to the urgency a price of 15 ¢τ is offered on the Quality 0 Nets
delivered to the city Contest by marked cart. In just under two weeks the
Guild will then arrange delivery of the nets to various fishing towns along the
coast.
This contest begins on Monday, 13th October 2008,
And ends on Friday, October 24th 2008 at 23:59.
To enter this contest and to have a chance at winning one of
the prizes listed to the top right of this page simply send many
Quality 0 Nets as you can to the city
Contest priced at 15 ¢τ.
You may also sell to other more competitive cities for a small,
or large profit to give your own city a quick boost towards expansion.

How does the Competition Work?
The Selected product may or may not be produced in a high
quantity and often the product is selected to give a more fair chance to every
player whether a beginner or long-term member.
The selected quality and retail price of the product to send is included in
every announcement, however sometimes the product itself may be hidden with only
a clue in the competition story.
Generally competitions are not suitable for the newer players or smaller cities
due to the amount needed to have a fair chance in the standings. However they
can sell the required product or something needed to produce them to those who
are willing to pay enough to earn one of the above prizes since high yields are
usually the target for these competitions.
On the last day of the competition at 23:59 the competition office
is then
closed until the next contest date is made available.
